Multiple sclerosis is chronic illness which is falling under autoimmune diseases involving the Central Nervous System. Here, the immune system of an individual attacks the protective layer around the nerve fibres, causing and inflammation and scar tissue. Two most common symptoms of Multiple sclerosis are fatigue and difficulty in walking. Other symptoms may include uneven balance, weak legs, mood swings, dysfunctional bladder, frequent urination, string urges to urinate, episodes of headaches, heaviness of upper and lower limbs double vision or partial vision loss.

According to Ayurveda two doshas are involved in the pathology i.e, Pitta and Kapha. Ayurveda emphasis more on Sodhana principle such as panchakarma, lifestyle modification and also by following dietary rules. Management of Multiple sclerosis is one of our specialities.
