Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse/Head Nurse to join our team at Raha Ayurveda Hospital, an esteemed Ayurvedic hospital in Kochi, Kerala. As a Senior Staff Nurse/Head Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. Qualifications and Skills

1. GNM/B.Sc in Nursing
2. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in an Ayurvedic hospital or healthcare setting
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Registered Nurse with Kerala Nursing Council Key Responsibilities:
6. Oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of quality patient care
7. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
8.  Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
9. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
11. Participate in the training and development of nursing staff
12. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
13. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital.
